Placing the environment at the heart of its concerns, T-COS considers the quality of its products, customer satisfaction, and environmental protection to be integral parts of its responsibility.
To meet this challenge, the management of T-COS has chosen to develop an integrated Quality and Environment management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 22716:2007 standards, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements. An appropriate QHSE management system tailored to the purpose and context of T-COS supports its strategic direction.
To achieve the objectives of the integrated system, the management of T-COS has defined the following axes:
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction through monitoring the effectiveness of quality objectives. ;
- Increase revenue in the national and international markets. ;
- Raise awareness, train, and provide healthy working conditions for all company personnel.;
- Comply with current legal, regulatory, and normative requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environmental matters. ;
- Minimize the consumption of natural resources (energy, water, etc.) as much as possible. ;
- Ensure proper waste management through an effective management procedure. ;
- Protect the environment by preventing pollution and other relevant specific commitments for the organization's context.
